Tulare County’s Communities Off CA-99 Geared for Growth
October 16, 2024
While California ranks second in the top 10 most expensive states to live in based on monthly costs, Tulare County is where businesses grow and residents prosper. Centered between Sacramento and Los Angeles, Tulare County offers commercial and residential property costs at half the median California prices. Businesses of any industry and size can compete for an income tax credit, California Competes, with annual reapplication. The median home cost is less than half of California’s. With “farm-to-fork” food options, groceries cost less than the national average, offering more naturally grown vs. processed choices.
